Utilising the antioxidant power of vitamin C and E, the hydrating serums brighten and smooth the complexion, while fighting free radicals to reduce visible signs of ageing. Harnessing the power of Medik8’s best-selling vitamin C serum ( C-Tetra), C-Tetra Luxe features an enhanced concentration of vitamin C and is boosted with additional brightening and nourishing ingredients.

Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, as well as visibly brightening the complexion and balancing skin tone. Skin is left soft, glowing complexion and youthful-looking.

How it Works:
Your skin is packed full of natural antioxidants that defend against free radicals from the environment. When these environmental free radicals outweigh your skin’s antioxidants, the skin can no longer protect itself. Free radicals latch onto the defenceless skin cells, causing irreparable damage, which ultimately leads to premature ageing.

C-Tetra Luxe contains Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a super-stable form of vitamin C that boosts the antioxidant defence levels in the skin. Ever the multi-tasker, it also stimulates collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving the complexion plump, radiant and youthful looking.

Vitamin C and vitamin E work together synergistically as ‘network antioxidants’, boosting the serum’s overall antioxidant effect to keep skin protected throughout the day.

C-Tetra Luxe – The serum’s brightening power is supercharged by maracuja oil, which is naturally awash with vitamin E and nourishing fatty acids.

C-Tetra Luxe – Packed full of nourishing vitamin F and squalane which help to reinforce the skin’s natural protective barrier against free radicals.

C-Tetra Luxe – Red ginseng boosts the serum’s brightening powers for a luminous, even complexion.

Use: After cleansing in the morning, massage 6 drops of C-Tetra Luxe across the face, neck and decolletage. Leave to absorb before applying moisturiser. Patch testing prior to use is advised.

Speedy delivery, NZ-wide

We pack orders at our Christchurch warehouse and get them on their way fast:

- Order before 8am on a weekday and we aim to have it out the door the same day.
- All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Parcels go on an NZ Post Overnight, signature required service. Overnight is the service target, so most parcels land with you the very next business day – but exact delivery times are subject to your local courier service.

We're packing Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A few things worth knowing:

- Peak periods: during peak season and big sales, dispatch may be delayed by a day or two and delivery can take up to 3 business days. We're working hard to keep things moving!
- Aerosols (e.g. hairspray) are classed as dangerous goods, so they can take a little longer to reach you.
- Oversized items (like salon chairs) travel with Post Haste (Zend), with a target delivery of 1–2 working days. You'll see a note in the product description, and an oversized delivery fee applies.
- Other locations: if something's out of stock in Christchurch, we'll send it from Wellington, Auckland or Hamilton, so you're not left waiting.

Tracking & Authority to Leave

You'll get your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched, so you can watch it all the way to your door.

All deliveries need a signature. Not going to be home? Easy, choose one of these:

- Set up Ongoing Leave Authority with NZ Post and your parcels will be left in your chosen safe spot every time.
- Click your tracking link and select Leave My Parcel.
- Pop "Authority to Leave" in your order notes, and we'll pass it on to the courier.

Just so you know: once a parcel is left as instructed, it's at your own risk. Hair & Beauty Online and NZPost aren't responsible for loss or damage after that. The courier may also decide not to leave a parcel for any reason.

Click & Collect

We don't offer Click & Collect, but with overnight delivery your goodies won't be far away!

Need to cancel?

No problem, just get in touch as soon as you can. We move fast, so we can only cancel orders that haven't been dispatched yet. If you've already paid, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to swap an item that is:

- unopened, unused and in its original packaging,
- back with us within 14 days of purchase, and
- approved by our customer service team before you send it.

Return postage is at your cost.

Sorry, we can't exchange: electrical items, hair accessories, hair colouring products, personal-use beauty tools (like eyelash curlers, makeup brushes and brow/lash tints), salon furniture, or skincare.

Change of mind

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once it has been opened, or if a product doesn't give the results you were hoping for. Thanks for your understanding.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

Oh no! We're sorry. Email orders@hairbeautyonline.co.nz straight away with:

- your order number
- a photo of what arrived (plus a quick description of the damage or fault, and a video if it helps)

We'll jump on it right away and sort out a replacement or another fix. Please don't use, open or throw away the product until we've been in touch. Damaged or faulty items sometimes need a quick check with our supplier or courier first.

Lost or stolen parcels

Every order is sent signature required. Once it's been delivered to the correct address, we can't take responsibility if it goes missing.

DIY colour, bleach & home hairdressing

We love a DIY moment, but these products are used at your own discretion and risk. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions. We can't take responsibility for results on your hair (or anyone else's), and we can't return or exchange these products unless they're faulty.
