We run sales throughout the year, and this page always shows what's currently discounted. Sign up to our emails to hear about new offers first.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

We can't accept a change of mind return if the product has been opened or used, if it didn't give you the results you were hoping for, or if it's been more than 14 days since purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we also can't accept change of mind returns or exchanges on electrical items, hair accessories, hair colouring products, personal-use beauty tools (such as eyelash curlers, makeup brushes and brow/lash tints), skincare or salon furniture.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email orders@hairbeautyonline.co.nz with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out for you. This applies to all products, including those listed above.

Some discount codes can't be used together with other codes, and each code has its own expiry date, minimum spend and terms. Check the terms of your code before you check out. If you're still having trouble, email orders@hairbeautyonline.co.nz.

Our website only lets you add as many of an item as we have in stock. If a sale item sells out, join the waitlist on the product page and we'll let you know when it's back.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 and $7.95 on orders under $100. Oversized items, like salon furniture, cost $30.00 each. We deliver within New Zealand only. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, but this can take longer during busy sale periods.
