Description
Mood’s Curl & Wave Neutralizer is suitable for perming all hair types, formulated to work alongside the Mood Perms (Cur l&W ave Coloured or Bleached Hair, and Curl & Wave Natural Hair) to achieve long-lasting curls.
How to use
- After the permanent processing time has elapsed, rinse and towel dry the hair. Apply the neutraliser several times to saturate each wrapped curler. Allow it to work for 5 minutes. Gently remove the curler. Apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair and allow it to work for another 5 minutes. Rinse completely. Best for:</strong Perming all hair types, formulated to work alongside Mood Perms.
