- Shake can before using. Hold can upside down to dispense foam into palm of hand. Apply an equivalent amount to 1 – 2 tennis balls of Instant Illumin8 Blonde Toning Conditioning Mousse to freshly shampooed damp hair. Comb through hair to distribute evenly. Leave on for 1-5 minutes then rinse thoroughly and style as desired.
