How can I redeem Hair & Beauty Dollars?

You can choose to apply your Hair & Beauty Dollars at the Cart or Checkout page. Simply enter the number of Hair & Beauty Dollars you want to apply and click Apply!

How can I check my rewards balance?

Simply log into your account. Navigate to “My Account” then select “My Rewards”. You will also receive an email notification each time you earn rewards. This email will tell you how many Hair & Beauty Dollars you earned from your recent purchase and your new balance.

I forgot to log in before I completed my order. Can I add these Hair & Beauty Dollars to my account?

Not to worry! Send us an email orders@hairbeautyonline.co.nz and we can manually add the corresponding Hair & Beauty Dollars to your account.

Do Hair & Beauty Dollars expire?

Yes, they expire after 12 months. We will send you an email notification 30 days before they are due to expire.

How do I earn Hair & Beauty Dollars on product reviews?

The review must be approved before the Hair & Beauty Dollar is awarded. To be approved, the review must be genuine and provide helpful information to other users. The review must not contain any inappropriate language.

Can I use a discount code and redeem Hair & Beauty Dollars together?

If I apply a discount code to my order, do I still earn Hair & Beauty Rewards?

Yes, you earn Hair & Beauty Rewards points for the total amount minus the coupon value.
