My go-to product for flat iron and curling protection spray. I used to use GHD heat protectant spray but as I recently had a goldwell kerasilk keratin treatment done the hairdresser recommended I use this for my flat iron and curling iron needs as to not ruin my keratin treatment. Have only used this twice but on long thick (now wavy) hair and leaves my hair feeling shiny (not greasy) and light and silky. Sometimes even with the GHD spray my hair can feel a little too much texture. So am very happy with this spray. It is on the higher end cost-wise but I think well worth the investment following a keratin treatment anyways
