Mood is hydrogen peroxide with a highly stabilised cream base used to mix with Mood Color Cream or Mood bleach powders. It has excellent oxidising power whilst keeping the hair at just the right level of softness. It is a high-quality developer designed to reduce the risk of allergies to a minimum. Enriched with several active ingredients that perform to protect the hair’s health whilst delivering brilliant colour results.
